So much has changed....we are settled in the house...it's still "talking" to us as far as decorating goes, but that's ok...we aren't in a rush. The kitchen is done...the dining room is almost done, we're just lacking maybe some curtains. I don't have the most recent pictures, but here are a few that are more recent than the ones previously posted...
So...we still have things to do, but we aren't in a rush. It's just nice to enjoy the house and the new area we are living in, which we love!
Alison worked for a few months as a math tutor at an elementary school. Joe's sister Judy got her the job there where she is the math specialist. I know, I know...Alison hates math! But Judy pointed out to me it's just elementary school math...well, she didn't tell me that they use new math vocabulary and math is taught completely different than when I was in school...but it all turned out ok. I worked with K-5th grade and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It was only part time, but the hours ended up working out perfectly... read my next posting to find out why!
